PERFORMANCE IN COURSEWORK
Outcomes
- By the end of the 2024-2025 school year, 35% of SWD in grades 9-12 will demonstrate with-in year growth in both the math and reading screener.
- By the end of the 2024-25 school year, 90% of all students in grade 9-12 will demonstrate with-in year growth (an increase in their performance levels) in both the math and reading screener.

- Monitor student data and use data to determine need for intervention and additional support.

PROGRESSION TO ADVANCED COURSEWORK
Outcomes
- By the end of the 2024-2025 school year 80% of special education students enrolled will earn at least a C-in 1 or more AP/DE or other 1.0 weighted course or earning CTE finisher status.
- By the end of the 2024-2025 school year 100% of all students enrolled will earn at least a C-in 1 or more AP/DE or other 1.0 weighted course or earning CTE finisher status.
Strategies
- Develop and monitor annual course plans for students beginning in 8th grade to ensure enrollment in advanced coursework and/or CTE pathways.
- Monitor student data and use data to determine need for intervention and additional support.
PORTRAIT OF A GRADUATE GOAL
Outcomes
By the end of the 2024-2025 school year, 100% of students will demonstrate growth in the POG attribute of goal directed reslient learner as reported on a student survey given through Advisory Period.
Strategies
- Students will engage in POG lessons and reflections through advisory period.
- Teacher leaders will implement intentional POG instruction in their courses.
